How about healthy oatmeal pancakes for breakfast? Great idea! So, guys today I’m making some super yummy, healthy pancakes for breakfast.

We found some great ideas to try out. So, today we are trying one of the Top 5 Oatmeal Pancakes recipes from Toddler in Action.

We decided to make the 10-minute Oatmeal Pancake Recipe from Her Highness Hungry Me.

These healthy oatmeal pancakes are not only healthy and yummy, but also super easy to make. Even a 3-year-old can do them, so give it a try!

The original recipe you can find here. However, we decided to add some yogurt, so we’ve changed it a bit.

Healthy OATMEAL PANCAKEs INGREDIENTS

First you need a cup of oats. We used a cup of gluten-free, regular, old-fashioned oats.

Then you need one egg. Choose a good fresh egg.

And of course 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and 1teaspoon baking soda.

Then we added a half espresso cup of coconut sugar instead of honey.

Finally, we added one tablespoon yogurt.

Then, we put all ingredients into a bowl and blended until smooth. Finally, we put a non-stick pan on low temperature and heated up one table spoon coconut oil.

And here is what happened next:

As you can see, super easy to flip. Check the temperature and make sure that the pancakes do not get burned.

Put them one by one on a plate. You can add some fruits. We used blueberries. They are yummy and healthy. Super good for a healthy breakfast.

If you want you can add some honey or peanut butter and jelly.
